Cancellation Policy

1. Agreement to Terms-by enrolling in a membership, purchasing services, participating in any class, event, private lesson, open mat, or activity, or by using the facilities at NEXUS, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms & Conditions below. 2. Membership Term, Billing & Authorization-you authorize NEXUS to charge your payment method according to your selected membership and/or purchase. Billing will continue unless properly canceled under the terms outlined below. Missed classes, dissatisfaction with services, schedule conflicts, relocation, illness, injury, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or charge reversals. Missed classes not canceled within the 24-hour cancellation window will result in a $10 charge per missed class. 3. Membership Pause Policy- memberships may be paused for a monthly fee that varies by membership type. The applicable pause fee is based on your specific membership plan and pricing schedule.All pause requests must be submitted in advance and in writing via email to info@nexus-az.com and are subject to approval. Billing will automatically resume at the end of the approved pause period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Pause fees are non-refundable. 4. Cancellation Policy-to cancel a membership, written notice must be submitted by email to info@nexus-az.com at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. We do not accept cancellation requests made in person, verbally, by phone, text, or through social media. If proper written notice is not received within the required timeframe, the next billing cycle will be charged and considered valid and non-refundable. 5. Final Acknowledgment-by enrolling, participating, or using the facilities at NEXUS, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
