MONTH-TO-MONTH MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS

Membership Terms, Billing & Authorization | I authorize NEXUS to charge my payment method according to my selected month-to-month membership purchase. Billing will continue unless my purchase is properly CANCELED BY EMAIL. No other form of cancellation will be accepted. Missed classes, dissatisfaction with services, schedule conflicts, relocation, illness, injury and/or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or charge reversals.

Cancellation Policy | To cancel my membership, written notice must be sent by email to info@nexus-az.com or x@nexus-az.com at least 30 days prior to my next billing date. EMAIL ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. NEXUS does not accept cancellation requests made in person, verbally, by phone, text, or through social media. If proper notice is not received within the required timeframe, the next billing cycle will be charged the full amount and considered valid and non-refundable.

Refunds & Chargebacks | I agree not to file a chargeback for charges that comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a dispute, this agreement, payment records and communication history may be used as evidence. Improper chargebacks may result in additional fees.

I understand this is a month-to-month membership that will continue to bill monthly until properly canceled & authorize monthly charges until cancellation is effective. Cancellation MUST be submitted by email to info@nexus-az.com and requires 30 days’ notice. Verbal/in-person requests, phone calls, texts/social media messages and/or stopping attendance do not cancel my membership or payment obligation.
