CARDIO BOXING

Our Cardio Boxing classes deliver an intense, high-energy workout by combining boxing techniques with cardiovascular exercises. Ideal for anyone aiming to boost their fitness, burn calories and have fun in a supportive environment. These classes require no prior boxing experience.

Muay Thai

5:30-6:30PM | M-F

Experience the power and intensity of Muay Thai, a striking martial art that utilizes punches, kicks, elbows and knees. Led by George Burton IV, our Muay Thai classes offer a comprehensive training regimen for both beginners and experienced practitioners, focusing on technique, conditioning and practical application.

MMA 

6:30-7:30PM | M-F

Led by Coach George Burton IV, our MMA class is a high-energy program combining Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, wrestling and kickboxing, teaching you how to integrate each discipline into a complete and effective MMA approach. Perfect for beginners to competitors, the class builds strength, skill and confidence in a safe, structured environment.

Youth Striking 

10:00-11:00AM | SAT​

Our non-contact Youth Striking program taught by Jovan Lombard builds confidence, coordination and discipline in a safe, structured environment. Students focus on technique, movement and control. This class is included in our Saturday Open Mat lineup.

At NEXUS, our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is built for all levels-from beginners to competitors-and for kids and adults alike. We offer both Gi and No-Gi training and no matter where you’re starting, our coaches and class structure make it easy to learn, grow and stay committed.

​Our youth program is designed to develop your child’s coordination, confidence and discipline in a safe, friendly and most importantly, fun environment. We focus on physical fitness and confidence building exercises. Our curriculum has helped us build some of the most successful youth competitors.

Competition BJJ 

​Led by James Nelson, our BJJ Competition class emphasizes positional and tactical studies, advanced drilling and increased sessions designed to enhance both subconscious reactions and physical conditioning. We regularly host the sport’s top athletes for guest instruction and seminars, ensuring when you train at NEXUS, you train with the best.

Leg Lock Lab

8:30-9:15AM | SAT​

Our Leg Lock Lab, taught by James Nelson is a focused training session dedicated to modern leg-lock systems, entries, controls and finishes. This class breaks down positioning, transitions and defense to help students build a smarter, more complete submission game. This class is included in our Saturday Open Mat lineup.
