Participants are able to use their X Pass to attend any 10 classes we offer. Striking & BJJ.

1. Agreement to Terms
By subscribing to a membership, purchasing services, participating in any class, event, private lesson, open mat, or activity and/or by using the facilities at NEXUS, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as any policies specific to your selected purchase(s).

2. Assumption of Risk & Participation
Martial arts training involves inherent risks, including physical contact, strenuous activity, training equipmenta nd working with other participants. These risks may result in serious injury, permanent disability, death, or other loss. You understand that these risks may arise from your own actions, the actions of others, facility conditions, equipment use, or other unforeseen factors. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and accept responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur.

3. Health & Medical Acknowledgment
You confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate and that no medical or mental health professional has advised you not to train. If an emergency occurs, you authorize NEXUS to seek medical treatment on your behalf and release NEXUS from any liability related to that care.

4. Release & Waiver of Liability
You agree to release and hold harmless NEXUS, its owners, instructors, coaches, staff, volunteers, affiliates, and property owners from any claims related to injury (including death) or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. This release applies to you, your heirs, and legal representatives.

5. Membership Terms, Billing & Authorization
You authorize NEXUS to charge your payment method according to your selected purchase. Billing will continue unless your purchase is properly canceled by email. No other form of cancellation will be accepted. Missed classes, dissatisfaction with services, schedule conflicts, relocation, illness, injury, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or charge reversals.

6. Cancellation Policies
All class packs, NEXUS X Passes, punch cards and drop-in purchases are final sale and not eligible for cancellation. 

7. Refunds & Chargebacks
You agree not to file a chargeback for charges that comply with these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a dispute, this agreement, payment records and communication history may be used as evidence. Improper chargebacks may result in additional fees where permitted by law.

8. Photo, Video & Media Consent
You grant NEXUS permission to photograph and/or record you and/or your child(ren) during classes or events and to use that content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. NEXUS retains ownership of all media. No compensation will be provided and you waive any right to approve final materials.

9. Final Acknowledgment
You confirm that you have read and understand these Terms & Conditions. By subscribing, you accept the terms associated with the NEXUS X Pass and acknowledge they are fair, binding and enforceable.
